MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.

DIGITAL IMAGES: An online gallery of all the edited images will be emailed to client within 2 weeks. Client chooses the 10 images that they want, and download them directly from the gallery. Client has the opportunity to order more if they choose.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Libby Benedict.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
